Questions people ask

Short, straight answers.

What is FlowMerce?

FlowMerce is a company that builds specialized AI-powered software for different parts of commerce and operations. It has three products: FlowPilot for customer conversations, FlowMerchant for e-commerce merchants, and FlowShip for shipping and last-mile operations.

What’s the difference between FlowPilot, FlowMerchant and FlowShip?

They solve different problems for different customers. FlowPilot automates a business’s conversations with its customers. FlowMerchant helps e-commerce merchants operate and grow their online business. FlowShip runs shipping and last-mile operations for shipping offices and couriers.

Do I need all three products?

No. Each product stands on its own and is built for a specific kind of business. Most businesses need one.

Is FlowPilot only for e-commerce?

No. FlowPilot is for any business with customer conversations, such as e-commerce, retail, real estate, clinics, education and service businesses.

Can an e-commerce business use both FlowMerchant and FlowPilot?

Yes, if it wants both: FlowMerchant to operate and grow the store, and FlowPilot to automate customer conversations. They are separate products, and neither requires the other.

Does FlowMerchant replace my online store?

No. FlowMerchant is designed to plug into the store you already run, on platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce and Salla. Platform connectors are being added, and availability is confirmed for each one.

Which channels does FlowPilot support?

FlowPilot works on WhatsApp today. Instagram and Facebook Messenger are coming soon.

Who is FlowShip for?

Shipping offices, courier companies and last-mile operators. It is a logistics product with its own customers, separate from the e-commerce and customer-conversation products.
